The following destinations are encompassed within this tour itinerary.

DAY 01 - Negambo

Upon arrival at our representative will meet you at Bandaranayke International Airport, Colombo and direct you to a beach hotel in Negambo. Overnight stay in Negambo.

DAY 02 - Sigiriya

The second day you will travel to Sigiriya. En-route to Sigiriya, you will visit Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawala. This orphanage was founded to care, protect the unweaned wild elephants around the country. Pinnawala has the largest number of captive wild elephants in the world. It’s being a home, nursery and breeding ground for Sri Lankan wild elephants for many years. You can experience the bathing and feeding of elephants by their caretakers. Also to take part in the feeding session.

In the evening you will visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Sigiriya is considered as valuable, elaborate and imaginative urban sites in the world belongs to the first millennium. During the 5th century, King Kashyapa built this ancient citadel. Sigiriya listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO. Iconic water gardens, Frescoes, Mirror wall, Lion gate and Lion paw are few of the attractions that you can experience your visit to Sigiriya. You will get to experience the panoramic view of from Summit of the fortress. Overnight stay in Sigiriya and receive Ayurveda wellness treatments.

DAY 03 - Anuradhapura

You will be travelling to Anuradhapura, the first capital kingdom of Sri Lanka. Sacred tree Sri Maha Bodhiya, Ruwanweli sthoopa and old Buddhist monastery, Isurumuniya stone carvings are some important places we will visit during this overnight stay in Anuradhapura.

DAY 04 – Polonnaruwa

In Habarana village, you will be getting real bullock cart ride experience and later you will explore the ancient city of Polonnaruwa the second capital of Sri Lanka during the 11th to 12th century. The ancient city of Polonnaruwa also has been declared as a world heritage site by UNESCO. This city will give you the glimpse of the cultural heritage of Sri Lanka and to experience wooden and stone crafts such as Watadageya, Gal Viharaya, world-famous moonstone, Statue of Prakrambahu, Gal Vihara. In the afternoon a jeep safari through Minneriya National Park will set to see free wild elephants complete the journey for the day. Another overnight stays in Sigiriya before heading to the Kandy.

Distance from Sigiriya to Polonnaruwa: 57km

DAY 04 & DAY 05 - Kandy

On your 4th day, you will be travelling to Kandy. This will be a two-night stay in Kandy. You will be visiting Golden Rock temple in Dambulla En-route to Kandy. Dambulla is the largest and best-preserved cave and collection of Buddha statues in a temple complex in Sri Lanka. The rock towers 160 m over the surrounding plains. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding area. Major attractions are spread over five caves, which contain statues and paintings. In the evening you will visit “The Temple of Tooth Relic” known as Sri Dalada Maligawa and the museum. Another UNESCO world heritage and is the last capital of Sri Lankan kingdom. After the visit, we will take you to Bahirawa Kanda which is known as a viewpoint in Kandy to enjoy the night glimpse of Kandy city. The fifth day we will organize a Royal Botanical garden tour followed by Kandy city tour and traditional Kandyan and Fire dance show. At Peradeniya Botanical Garden you can see varieties of palm trees, orchids, medicinal plants and flowers. Also to experience the blissful evening walk around the Kandy Lake and shopping at Kandy city centre.

DAY 06 & DAY 07 - Nuwara Eliya

Nuwara Eliya is known as Little England in Sri Lanka. We will take you to a tea factory and a tea plantation with tea pluckers to get an unforgettable experience. Also to enjoy a world’s best cup of tea, Ceylon tea. Close view to Ramboda Falls and relax joyful day at Victoria golf club are included. Lovely two nights at a cottage bungalow will take your mindset to another level.

DAY 08 & DAY 09 - Ella

These two days are filled with a lot of activities such as hiking and zip-lining. We will take the train from Nanu Oya to Ella to give you an iconic journey. In the morning while travelling to Ella you will able to witness beautiful mountain sceneries and lush green landscape. In the morning you will climb the Little Adams peak and enjoy the zip lining experience at “Flying Ravana”. Evening you can enjoy the breeze of the Ella Town as it has different restaurants with live music.

Next day morning we will take you to world-famous 9 Arch bridge and witness the iconic train ride. Also, a little detour to visit Ravana Falls to complete your journey in Ella. Two nights will be spent in Ella.

DAY 10 - Yala

After a hearty breakfast will set off to Yala National Park for a full-day tour. You will get a safari jeep tour to get a thrilling experience to witness leopards, elephants and many other animals in their natural habitat. Yala is one of the largest wild parks in Sri Lanka. One night stay at a nearby hotel in the evening.

DAY 11 - Galle Beach Resort

We will give you a nice experience of the southern coast in Sri Lanka. By starting from the Galle dutch fort which is built by Portuguese and governed by Dutch in the 17th century. Visit Sea turtle hatchery to see huge tanks filled with newly born turtle hatchlings. After being fed, the baby turtles are taken to the sea and released when they are 2-4 days old, usually during the safer hours of darkness. Stilt Fishermen’s, natural harbour, national maritime museum are some places that you can experience in Galle and spend a night.

DAY 12, 13 – Beach House Stay

Last two days in Sri Lanka will be spending at the beach house. You will enjoy the cosy sunshine and to feel the warmth of the Sri Lankan hospitality while sipping into your favourite local refreshing drink. Also, you can enjoy the taste of a variety of freshly caught seafood. In the morning you can enjoy diving, snorkelling and jet skiing and many other water activities or else can lie down in sandy beach to get vitamin D.

DAY 14 – Colombo
